1 night deposit is required as minimum, deposit deadline is 2 days ahead of check-in date followed by sending the bank voucher.

Check Out: 12:00 p.m.

Cancellation Policy:

• If cancellation occurs within 20 to 30 days prior no fees are charged.
• Within 19 to 7 days prior a 50% fee will be applied.
• Within 6 days to arrival date 100% fee applied (No Show).
  

No Show Policy:
If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged.

Extra person Policy:
2 extra people are accepted per each room with 2 double beds, paying $100.00 per person.

Kids Policy:
Children of 12 years old and up are considered adults, and in case family consists of 2 adults and 3 children of 12 years old, they will be charged as extra person.

Pets Policy:
Sorry, no pets are allowed.
Additionally, a $30.00 USD will be charged as a fee in case a pet is brought or in case smoking in room.

Oversold Policy:

• In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.

• The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.

• The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel

• The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
